We accept payments via Paypal, Klarna, Swish, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. We do not store your credit card information.

• Card Payments: Your card details are sent directly to the bank and are not accessible to us. Payments are processed in Swedish Krona (SEK).
• Paypal, Klarna, Swish: These services may have additional terms and fees, so please review their terms of service. Klarna, in particular, may charge interest and fees.

Discount codes must be applied during checkout. We cannot apply discounts retroactively.

All prices on the Website include Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in the jewellery itself. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, normal wear and tear, or aesthetic changes due to ageing. To claim under warranty, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping if the claim is valid.

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. We may also use cookies to enhance your browsing experience.
